Job summary

EmployBridge in Lakeland, FL is seeking a proactive Recruiter to help assemble a strong candidate pipeline and fill opportunities across teams. You will brainstorm with the team to attract top talent, applying creative and marketing approaches to job postings and community outreach.

In this role you will leverage interview techniques and people skills to select fit candidates, manage multiple customer needs daily, and support order fulfillment processes within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.

A day as a Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
