Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and recruit top-notch candidates for various client positions, aligning their skills and aspirations with our clients' needs.

Candidate Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members to facilitate successful placements.

Conducting Marketing Activities: Involves reaching out to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions to effectively communicate our offerings and create meaningful connections. These approaches encompass utilizing various communication channels to engage and inform our target audience about our products and services.

Effective Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to convey job opportunities, assess candidate suitability, and maintain clear and concise interactions.
