Job summary

Impellam Group is seeking a skilled Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top talent. You will source, screen, and close candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Based in Juno Beach, you will manage a diverse slate of roles, using advanced sourcing techniques to build strong pipelines and support inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Must have strong passion for sourcing and ability to engage hard-to-reach talent.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates and peers.
• Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles from intake to offer.

We're looking for a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You'll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates-all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques-Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
• Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
• Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence

Requirements - education & experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate

• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)

Position is based in Juno Beach, 5 days per week.
