Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter in Irvine, CA to attract, engage, and hire top talent across technical, corporate, and strategic roles.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer, partner with hiring managers, screen for skills and culture fit, coordinate interviews, build talent pipelines, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.

• Screen and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and drive a seamless hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Maintain recruiting data, ATS records, and compliance documentation.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
