ManpowerGroup's client is seeking multiple Recruiters to join their Talent Acquisition team in Arlington, VA. This onsite role focuses on hard-to-fill technical and data center openings, with a data-driven approach to high-volume recruiting and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include sourcing via Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub; conducting phone screenings; and delivering clear pipeline metrics. A Bachelor’s degree and CLEARED recruiting knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Must have Bachelor's degree.
• Understanding of recruitment practices and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.
• Ability to handle high-volume daily calls with accuracy.
• Knowledge of CLEARED recruiting.

Job description

Our client, is seeking multiple Recruiters to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting hard-to-fill technical and data center openings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter/Sourcer

Location: Arlington, Virginia (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $37/hr

Contract: 12 Months to start

What's the Job?

• Support CLEARED recruitment initiatives across business lines

• Ability to handle high volume daily calls and maintain accuracy and follow-through.
• Knowledge of CLEARED recruiting
