Job summary

Therapy Source is expanding and seeks a driven, mid to entry-level Recruiter to join our high-energy, metric-driven sales division. This role focuses on connecting therapists with impactful roles in public, cyber, and charter schools across the country.

You will source, screen, and build pipelines of qualified candidates using ATS platforms, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and partner with Account Managers to align priorities and achieve ambitious fill rates.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or staffing preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic for a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and build pipelines of therapists and healthcare providers.
• Screen, qualify, and manage candidates through the lifecycle.
• Partner with Account Managers to align recruiting priorities with client needs.
• Manage recruiting operations and data integrity in Bullhorn.
• Help optimize recruiting performance and profitability.
