Job summary

Cielo is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and serve as a brand ambassador for our client. You will lead intake meetings, design sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and keep applicants informed through the process.

This role emphasizes proactive communication and market insight to build strong candidate slates. As a Talent Acquisition partner, you will collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offers and guide stakeholders with data-driven decisions,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recruiting experience with corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of HR practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
