Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
• Discretion with confidential information and data.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience.
• Participate in in-person and virtual career fairs with Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and monitor flow.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to support temporary staffing needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity and KPIs; analyze trends.

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for one of our clients to play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will focus on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, pipeline development, and supporting the recruitment process for a variety of roles.

The ideal candidate is a resourceful and motivated recruiting professional who enjoys finding hard-to-reach talent, building relationships, and developing creative sourcing strategies. This is a fully remote position but must live in the Raleigh, NC area.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage qualified active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, internal talent, and other sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team during intake meetings to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Support the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, interviews, and selection.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple locations.
• Develop new and creative sourcing channels to expand the organization’s candidate pool.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Participate in in-person and virtual career fairs in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor applicant flow and ensure timely review and follow-up with qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with third-party recruiting vendors supporting temporary staffing needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, search progress, and candidate pipelines.
• Track sourcing activity and recruiting KPIs, using data and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, cGMP requirements, and required training.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 1-2 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Self-starter who is adaptable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including organizing, analyzing, and reporting recruiting data.
