Paws Up Montana is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment on-site in Greenough, MT. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Hospitality or resort staffing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of visa/international seasonal worker pipelines.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel for university career fairs.
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with hiring managers to build targeted recruitment plans; source qualified candidates using ATS tools, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, niche job boards, career fairs, and networking pipelines.
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and guide candidates through job details and resort expectations.
  • Develop university and seasonal pipelines with internships and visa programs.
  • Provide hiring status updates and leverage metrics to adjust strategy.
  • Extend offers and collaborate on pre-employment checks and compliance.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with laws, internal SOPs, and equal opportunity regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of People & Culture.

Position Summary

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent for Paws Up Montana. Located on-site in Greenough, MT, this role partners closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across resort, culinary, administrative, and seasonal operations. By building strong university and industry pipelines, managing applicant workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance, the Corporate Recruiter embodies our core values and delivers an exceptional candidate experience aligned with premier luxury standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing: Consult with hiring managers to build targeted recruitment plans; source qualified candidates utilizing ATS tools, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, niche job boards, career fairs, and networking pipelines.

  • Candidate Screening & Interview Management: Review resumes, screen applicants for skills and cultural fit, coordinate interview schedules with department leaders, and guide candidates thoroughly through job details and resort expectations.

  • University & Seasonal Pipeline Development: Assist in building college internship partnerships, attending career fairs, and executing counter-seasonal pipeline partnerships with winter resorts and international visa sponsor agencies (e.g., H-2B extensions).

  • Data-Driven Advisory & Reporting: Provide regular hiring status updates to department heads, leverage recruitment metrics to recommend strategy adjustments, and maintain a current, accurate applicant database.

  • Offers & People & Culture Collaboration: Extend job offers within company guidelines and collaborate with the People & Culture team on pre-employment logistics, offer letters, background checks, and motor vehicle reports (MVRs).

  • Compliance & Administrative Standards: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to federal and state employment laws, internal SOPs, confidentiality guidelines, and equal employment opportunity regulations.

  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of People & Culture.


Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required; background in hospitality, seasonal resort staffing, or high-volume management recruitment preferred.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment workflows, visa/international seasonal worker pipelines, labor compliance, and luxury service expectations preferred.

  • Core Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized, adaptable to seasonal volume shifts, and capable of building trust across all levels of leadership.

  • Technical Proficiency: 2+ years of hands‑on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / HCM software (e.g., ADP), alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing platforms.

  • Work Style: Self‑motivated and collaborative problem‑solver with a strong adventurous spirit, love of the outdoors, and professional presentation under high‑demand periods.

  • Licensing/Certification: Valid State Driver’s License; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.


Physical Requirements


  • Mobility & Stamina: Ability to frequently sit for extended computer work, as well as walk, stand, and navigate office and resort property spaces during candidate tours and on‑site job fairs.

  • Scheduling: Ability to work flexible hours, including peak seasonal hiring periods and occasional travel for university career fairs and recruitment events.

  • Lifting & Handling: Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull event collateral, career fair displays, and recruitment materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
