Avid Health at Home in Fairview Heights is hiring a Recruiter to develop long‑term recruiting strategies and source candidates through multiple channels. The role involves building relationships with potential hires and coordinating onboarding processes to meet regional needs.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the recruiter will monitor listings, run recruitment events, ensure HIPAA/compliance, and drive recruitment KPIs while supporting field caregivers and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent); some college preferred.
• Travel may be required; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use computerized recruitment systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work under pressure.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment volume and hiring conversion processes.
• Coordinate orientation activities and onboarding documents.

We are hiring a Recruiter for our Fairview Heights branch. This position is available immediately.

The role of the Recruiter is to develop long‑term recruiting strategies, source candidates through various channels, develop trusting relationships with potential hires, educate, and recruit field personnel and professionals based on regional operational needs. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Wage/Hour Classification: Exempt

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in all general office administrative operations including on‑call responsibilities to ensure business continuity and excellent customer service.
2. Participate in community recruitment activities and organize events to promote current employment opportunities.
3. Monitor all electronic recruitment sites daily and follow up with all inquiries and applicants within one business day of initial outreach.
4. Generate and utilize all local and company recruitment marketing material to meet operational initiatives.
5. Provide inventory updates to ensure the office maximizes promotional items budget.
6. Facilitate application process and provide all potential hires with necessary documents for onboarding.
7. Maintain strong customer service to ensure the highest possible recruitment conversion rates.
8. Schedule and host orientation activities.
9. Manage recruitment volume and hiring conversion processes.
10. Support and maintain annual compliance and training for field caregivers.
11. Run Reports and utilize data from EMR and Electronic File Storage System to manage KPIs.
12. Follow Agency Policies and Procedures
13. Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
14. All other duties as assigned.
