Job summary

Avid Health at Home is hiring a Recruiter in Fairview Heights to support in-home care services by finding compassionate candidates and building strong relationships with potential hires. The Recruiter will develop long-term recruiting strategies, source candidates through various channels, and educate and recruit field personnel based on regional needs.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and is exempt.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Some college coursework preferred but not required.
• Experience with recruitment or related field is a plus.
• Ability to use computerized systems and applicant tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in general office operations and on-call responsibilities.
• Lead community recruitment activities and organize events.
• Monitor recruitment sites and follow up with inquiries within one business day.
• Create and utilize recruitment marketing materials to meet goals.
• Provide onboarding documents and facilitate orientation for hires.
• Maintain high recruitment conversion through excellent customer service.
• Schedule and host orientations and manage recruitment pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Analyze data from EMR and recruitment systems to track KPIs.

We are hiring a Recruiter for our Fairview Heights branch. This position is available immediately.

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Wage/Hour Classification: Exempt

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in all general office administrative operations including on‑call responsibilities to ensure business continuity and excellent customer service.
2. Participate in community recruitment activities and organize events to promote current employment opportunities.
3. Monitor all electronic recruitment sites daily and follow up with all inquiries and applicants within one business day of initial outreach.
4. Generate and utilize all local and company recruitment marketing material to meet operational initiatives.
5. Provide inventory updates to ensure the office maximizes promotional items budget.
6. Facilitate application process and provide all potential hires with necessary documents for onboarding.
7. Maintain strong customer service to ensure the highest possible recruitment conversion rates.
8. Schedule and host orientation activities.
9. Manage recruitment volume and hiring conversion processes.
10. Support and maintain annual compliance and training for field caregivers.
11. Run Reports and utilize data from EMR and Electronic File Storage System to manage KPIs.
12. Follow Agency Policies and Procedures
13. Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
14. All other duties as assigned.

• A specific understanding of geographical/cultural requirements of branch office is preferred.
• Ability to use computerized systems.
• Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
