Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions with managers and HR.
• Post positions via UKG PRO and review responses daily.
• Share resumes with hiring managers and coordinate phone interviews.
• Provide detailed interview feedback summaries.
• Coordinate in-person interviews and manage the interview schedule.
• Draft offer paperwork and present to candidates.
• Coordinate with HR on hire dates and onboarding steps.
• Work flexible hours and on-site requirements.
