Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Denver, CO
Type: 9 month Contract
Compensation: $35.00 - $41.50 per hour
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake and strategy development, sourcing, candidate screening and assessment, interview coordination, offer development and negotiation, and pre-hire activities.
- Partner and consult with hiring leaders to understand business needs, position requirements, talent availability, and market conditions; develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source and engage qualified talent through networking, professional organizations, online platforms, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Serve as a talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing insight on recruiting strategy, candidate selection, compensation considerations, market trends, and the overall hiring process.
- Build and sustain relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate employer value proposition and opportunities to attract high-quality talent.
- Provide a consistent, professional, and best-in-class recruitment experience.
- Embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity principles throughout recruiting activities.
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously with high responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Work independently with employees and leaders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Maintain knowledge of company programs, compensation practices, talent strategies, and relevant employment policies to support hiring.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment (direct sourcing, corporate recruitment), including partnership with business leaders.
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies, including sourcing diverse talent pools.
- Prior Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required; Workday ATS highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of EEO and Affirmpative Action.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Strong sourcing and recruiting capabilities, business acumen, relationship-building, sound judgment, and influencing skills.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, self-directed, and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
