Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical preferred.
• Minimum 1 year working in recruiting IT professionals.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, evaluating, and placing IT professionals.
• Knowledge of IT trends and topics relevant to recruiting.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, social network engagement, internet research, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
• Drive for results.

Responsibilities

System One is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team to support client contracts and job requisitions in the DMV area. This is a hybrid position, 3 days per week onsite in Rockville, MD.
