Job summary

Randstad USA in Greenwood Village, CO seeks a high-volume Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, build pipelines and manage full lifecycle recruiting across regional facilities. This 3-month contract offers focused client support and the chance to optimize staffing across multiple sites.

You will travel locally to healthcare facilities, participate in weekly site visits, and complete fully paid training in Orlando during the first week.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and 4 years of recruiting/HR experience).
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting or HR.
  • Strong account management and customer service background; thrive in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
  • Build robust candidate pipelines and manage full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates using behavioral techniques and credentials verification.
  • Draft and extend offers, manage sign-on bonuses and relocations.
  • Maintain compliant ATS records of candidate progress.
  • Provide guidance on benefits, incentives, and HR policies.

Primary Office Location: Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (Denver Tech Center area)

Travel Requirements: Local travel to regional healthcare facilities (Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, and Porter);

Training: Mandatory fully expenses-paid training in Orlando during the first week.

Contract: 3 month contract with potential to extend or convert

Position Summary

We are seeking a high-volume, dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Greenwood Village, CO. This role is responsible for partnering directly with assigned hiring managers to define staffing needs, build robust candidate pipelines, and manage full-lifecycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service and account management capabilities, high-volume recruiting expertise, and the ability to drive recruitment strategies across multiple regional sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze attrition rates, business growth plans, and staffing requirements to forecast talent needs.
  • Talent Sourcing & Strategy: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies to keep vacancy rates low and ensure critical programs are fully staffed.
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates utilizing behavioral interview techniques, resume reviews, and credentials verification.
  • Offer & Compensation Management: Draft and extend competitive job offers, sign-on bonuses, and relocation incentives while effectively managing counter-offers.
  • Applicant Tracking & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records of all candidate progress within the ATS.
  • Consultative Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert on organizational benefits, incentive structures, and HR policies to answer candidate inquiries effectively.
  • Regional Site Engagement: Conduct weekly site visits across local facility networks (Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, and Porter) to build relationships with on-site leaders and understand operational staffing dynamics.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of education and 4 years of relevant recruiting/HR experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of high-volume recruiting or human resources experience.
  • Core Competencies: Proven account management and customer service background; ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiting CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern recruiting AI tools.
  • Location & Mobility: Must be local to the greater Denver area with reliable transportation to manage site visits across assigned regional facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Background: Previous experience in healthcare recruiting and/or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments.
  • Professional Certifications:
  • Talent Acquisition certifications via HCI, NAHCR, or RACR.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or HCI HR certifications.
