Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring for a Recruiting role focused on end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening and onboarding within an on-site, fast-paced environment. You will manage the full interview process and work closely with the on-site hiring manager to fill roles with top talent.

The role emphasizes relationship building, communication, and a metrics-driven approach; while no prior experience is required, a Bachelor’s degree is required and the office is 100%

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methodsConduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
