Job summary

TQL is hiring for an in-office Recruiter role in West Chester, OH. You will own the candidate search process, manage relationships with hiring managers, and drive results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Training is provided, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Base salary begins at $45,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped bonuses. First-year earnings average around $65,517, with opportunities for promotions and raises after six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate high candidate flow using multiple sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interviews from sourcing to offer; ensure smooth onboarding.
• Document conversations, progress, offers, and feedback in Avature.
• Handle onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
