Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is hiring a Recruiter to own the candidate search, manage the on-site hiring manager, and drive results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

You’ll generate high-volume candidate flow, conduct phone screens through offers, and document everything in Avature while enjoying uncapped bonuses and strong promotional growth within an in-office, team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through multiple sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
