Job summary

Gus Perdikakis Associates in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an outgoing Recruiter who enjoys teamwork and creative sourcing to fill client needs in engineering, architecture, design, administrative and niche professional fields. You will partner with Account Managers and Business Developers, build a strong candidate pipeline, manage the interviewing stages, extend offers, and support onboarding.

The role offers a competitive base salary with unlimited commission and a focus on personal and team

Qualifications

• Two or more years in recruiting or staffing.
• Prefer prior experience in sourcing candidates from job boards and through referrals.
• Computer skills including: Microsoft Office applications, Mac, Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva), Boolean search capabilities.
• Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Attract and retain quality candidates in a timely manner.
