Role Description

The Skilled Recruiter will work full time on-site in Chino, CA and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with client companies. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and employers, tracking recruitment activities, and ensuring a positive and inclusive experience throughout the hiring process. The Skilled Recruiter will also collaborate with the internal team to align recruitment strategies with client needs, support onboarding activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of staffing processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Strong skills in candidate relationship management, client communication, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to assess role requirements, match talent to opportunities, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Familiarity with HR and staffing best practices; experience with safety-conscious or food-related industries is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and basic office software.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices and supporting candidate development.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or recruitment certifications are a plus.
• OSHA or HACCP training, or willingness to obtain relevant safety certifications, is an advantage.
