Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective sales executives through sourcing, referrals, networking, and events.
• Develop relationships with executives, owners, referral partners, and other contacts to create a broad network of candidates.
• Lead introductory and discovery conversations to learn candidates' backgrounds, objectives, motivations, and strengths.
• Work with leadership to understand future talent needs and proactively identify candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through the recruiting process, including relationship development.
• Coordinate with internal recruiting and talent partners to connect candidates with teams.
• Support recruiting events, marketing efforts, and other relationship-building activities.

The total compensation for this position ranges from $70,000-$95,000, depending on experience, and provides the opportunity to play an integral role in identifying and developing talent that supports the organization's continued expansion. Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective sales executives through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, professional organizations, events, and other recruiting channels.
• Develop relationships with executives, business owners, community professionals, referral partners, and other contacts to create a consistent network of potential candidates.
• Lead introductory and discovery conversations to learn about candidates’ professional backgrounds, career objectives, motivations, strengths, and potential alignment with available opportunities.
• Work alongside sales executives and leadership to understand future talent needs and proactively identify professionals who may support the continued development of their teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process, including individuals who require ongoing relationship development before pursuing a career transition.
• Coordinate with internal recruiting and talent partners to uncover opportunities for qualified professionals across the organization and connect candidates with appropriate teams.
• Support recruiting events, networking initiatives, marketing efforts, and other relationship-building activities that expand the organization’s reach and generate new talent opportunities.

Qualifications of the Recruiter:

• 3-8+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, business development, relationship management, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage prospective candidates while developing and maintaining a consistent recruiting pipeline.
• Proven experience building professional networks and generating introductions, referrals, and recruiting opportunities through relationship development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with executives, business owners, sales executives, and other professionals.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and relationship-management skills with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently, initiate conversations, manage multiple priorities, and maintain relationships over an extended period.
• Experience within financial services, professional services, consulting, sales, or another relationship-driven environment is preferred, along with a polished professional presence and strong networking abilities.
