Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a dynamic recruiter in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. You will source, interview, and present candidates for permanent roles, while building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships with exceptional communication skills. Training is provided, along with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
