MZN Management Group, LLC in Highland Park, IL is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle onsite Monday–Friday. This role partners with hiring managers and business leaders to drive hiring success.

The position requires 2+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience with a focus on sales recruiting; Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is ideal, and CP G/adult beverage familiarity is a plus.

Corporate Recruiter | Highland Park, IL | $60K–$70K + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join a growing organization in Highland Park, IL. This is a full-time, onsite position Monday–Friday for a recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Proactively source and build pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct candidate screens and coordinate the interview/selection process
• Track recruiting metrics and help improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
