Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company is hiring a Sales & Recruiting Manager to train and lead a team of sales managers and agents while expanding B2B employee benefits sales. This hybrid remote independent contractor role is based in Cabot, AR, with access to training and development opportunities.

You will partner with business leaders to grow the agency, mentor field teams, and recruit top talent, building strong relationships with HR professionals and business owners to drive

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience building and leading a team of independent sales agents.
• Recruiting experience required.
• Insurance sales experience; Life & Accident/Health license (not required to apply) and willingness to obtain.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers.
• Source, attract, interview, and select quality individuals to join the team.
• Conduct field training and participate in joint field work with the agency team.
• Oversee sales meetings and orientations for new and experienced agents.
• Support B2B employee benefits sales activity and accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR pros, and decision makers.
