Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, supporting resource planning, and handling administrative tasks.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with 1–2 years in recruiting or related roles. This role offers growth within a dynamic team and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, I/O psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years in recruiting, HR internships, or admin/customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Proactive and team-oriented with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen prospective candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in internal resource planning and recruitment campaigns.
• Support administrative tasks throughout the recruiting process.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with candidates and team members.

Job Summary:
