Position Overview

Eosol Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is crucial in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across various departments within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, a proven ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process, and a strategic approach to sourcing candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using a variety of sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, and direct outreach. Perform initial candidate screening and criba (pre-selection) to identify qualified individuals who meet the specific requirements of open positions.
• Interviewing: Conduct in-depth entrevistas (interviews), including specialized and competency-based interviews, to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• ATS Management: Proficiently utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data, track application progress, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Offer Negotiation: Act as a skilled negociador (negotiator) to extend offers of employment, discuss compensation and benefits, and successfully close candidates.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive compensation packages to advise hiring managers and enhance our recruitment approach.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and a positive candidate experience.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, key metrics, and pipeline status to the hiring team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with international candidates and stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management and recruitment workflow.
• Interviewing Expertise: Proven experience in conducting specialized and competency-based interviews to accurately assess candidate capabilities.
• Sourcing Strategies: Strong understanding of diverse sourcing methodologies and the ability to creatively identify passive and active candidates.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Organizational Skills: Highly ordenado (organized) with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills to effectively manage the offer process.
