Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will participate across the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting resource planning.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years in recruiting or related roles, with strong organizational skills and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of recruiting, HR internships, or administrative/customer service positions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen prospective candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in internal resource planning and recruitment campaign activities.
• Support administrative tasks throughout the recruiting process.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with candidates and team members.
