ECHO Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in supporting full cycle recruiting for internal and client staffing needs. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist in workforce planning.

The role emphasizes strong English and Spanish communication, proactive teamwork, and a commitment to professional development within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruiting, HR internship, or admin/customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Job Summary:
As a Recruiter, you will participate across the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR internships, or administrative/customer service positions

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

• Proactive and team-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or job boards
