You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist in resource planning while collaborating with teams in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, I/O psychology or related field required.
• 1–2 years of recruiting, HR internship, or admin/customer service experience.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen prospective candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in internal resource planning and recruitment campaign activities.
• Support administrative tasks throughout the recruiting process.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with candidates and team members.
