Mom Corps in Brentwood, TN is seeking a recruiter for a 2+ month contract position with a hybrid work setup (onsite 3 days per week). You will source and screen field-based positions, interview applicants, and coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

The role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of employment laws and non-discriminatory hiring practices. Bachelor's degree and experience with ATS are preferred.

Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Recruiter for a 2+ month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week.

Day to Day

• This position is responsible for high volume sourcing & screening of field-based positions.
• Work to source and hire qualified candidates for mobile clinics at designated field offices.
• Interview and screen applicants for applicable background and skills, culture fit, and the ability to fit into the organization and function effectively.
• Communicate job requirements to candidates.
• Research for resources to recruit the best talent for open positions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be comfortable speaking with field based hiring managers and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and creative skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws relating to non-discriminatory hiring practices and best practices in recruiting.
• Experience with all Microsoft applications is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered
• Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
