Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-volume settings.
• Experience recruiting for field operations, retail, hospitality, or multi-site roles.
• Proven ability to manage 15–25+ open requisitions concurrently with low time-to-fill.
• Familiarity with geo-targeted sourcing and local hiring channels.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment regulations and pre-employment screening.
• Proficient in ATS usage and data-driven recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for multi-site field operations roles.
• Deploy localized sourcing strategies across target markets and events.
• Screen large volumes of applications and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with regional and on-site managers.
• Maintain active candidate pipeline in ATS for turnover and launches.
• Guide candidates through background checks and pre-employment steps.
• Monitor time-to-fill and source efficacy with data-driven insights.
• Represent Metropolis in local communities to attract talent.
