Job summary

Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to cover an upcoming leave for our client in Boulder. The role is 32 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday, with Fridays closed, and runs 3-6 months with potential for temp-to-hire.

The position is based in our Boulder office with occasional travel to our second office in Longmont. This is a non-profit organization setting, no remote or hybrid work, and the role involves full-cycle recruiting, background checks, and posting

Qualifications

• 1+ years recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
• Strong communication and empathy for candidates with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientations.
• Post requisitions on Indeed, COMPO (State of CO), and other job boards, including bilingual postings.
• Run criminal background checks and maintain up-to-date personnel files.
• Utilize Google Suite tools for daily tracking, communication, and administrative tasks.
• Engage proactively with applicants and provide compassionate support for candidates with disabilities.

Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to cover an upcoming leave for our client. The Recruiter position is expected to last between 3-6 months, with the potential for temp-to-hire. This is a great opportunity to expand your recruiting skills and work directly with a non-profit company in Boulder. The Recruiter position will be based in their Boulder office with the occasional travel to their second office in Longmont. No remote or hybrid work. Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 / hour Schedule: 32 hours per week (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday; closed Fridays). Flexible schedule offered-fewer hours are available if needed.

Key Responsibilities
