Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting activity from requisition intake through offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Coordinate interviews and act as primary contact for candidates during hiring.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
  • Post and manage job openings across platforms.
  • Provide regular recruiting updates and pipeline reporting to leaders.
  • Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination.

Recruiter
Location: Boulder, CO (Onsite)
Compensation: $29-34/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Employment Type: Contract with potential for contract-to-hire

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the organization. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building strong candidate pipelines is a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting activity from requisition intake through offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms
  • Provide regular recruiting updates and pipeline reporting to hiring managers and leadership
  • Support offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-through

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in an agency, corporate, or staffing environment
  • Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
