Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter to support talent acquisition for diverse client accounts in Denver. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume environments, is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to the downtown Denver office as needed. This role offers exposure to leading clients and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
  • Willing and able to travel to the downtown Denver office as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage candidate activity.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Meet established recruitment metrics and hiring goals.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruiting activity and market trends.

Position Overview

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and experienced in high-volume recruiting environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, professional, administrative, or light industrial recruiting.
  • RPO or staffing industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
