Job summary

Idaho Housing and Finance Association is seeking an experienced Recruiter to meet hiring goals, source candidates, conduct interviews, and represent the organization at community events and job fairs.

You will work with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies, manage high-volume sourcing, post jobs, coordinate offers and the pre-employment process, and maintain accurate ATS records for compliant hiring across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Recruit high-quality candidates to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Conduct efficient and effective individual, virtual, and group interviews
• Assist in the implementation of high-volume sourcing strategies
• Create and maintain job postings to attract high quality candidates
• Identify and recommend recruiting best practices
• Coordinate offers and pre-employment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system records
• Other job duties as assigned
