Responsibilities

• Manage participant caseloads, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications and recertifications.
• Assist with lease-up procedures, coordinating between participants, landlords and program staff.
• Conduct eligibility determinations and rent calculations in compliance with HUD regulations and association policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of participant files, transactions, and program documentation.
• Ensure all program activities adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational procedures.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

In This Role, You Will:
