Oak Crest Village at Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources to partner with campus leaders on employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning. You will coach managers, lead onboarding, and drive leadership development while supporting a diverse, inclusive culture and exceptional resident experiences.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Coach and support managers in navigating complex employee matters and organizational challenges.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen recruiting strategies and support hiring outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and new employee orientation efforts that create a welcoming and engaging experience.
• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs, training initiatives, and employee workshops.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, communication, and retention strategies.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA requirements.
• Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development across the community.
• Coordinate employee events, culture initiatives, and professional development opportunities.
• Utilize data and workforce insights to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

Compensation

• Commensurate with experience from $110,000 – $120,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus.
