About the Role
Our client is a growing organization in the construction industry. They are looking for a Recruiter to join their team and manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse range of positions.
This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys variety and wants exposure to everything from entry-level and hourly positions through professional, managerial, and director-level roles. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Recruit for a diverse range of positions, including hourly, corporate, professional, and management-level roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, qualifications, and team dynamics
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Conduct candidate screens and interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Create and maintain job postings across various platforms
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS and spreadsheets
- Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics
- Support recruiting needs across multiple business entities and locations
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience
- Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3+ years of recruiting experience; flexibility for a standout candidate with less experience
- Experience recruiting for a variety of position levels, from entry-level/hourly through professional and management roles in construction, manufacturing or similar industries
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with an onsite team
- Experience using an ATS and other recruiting tools
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations or business entities
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Experience with Paycor or similar ATS platforms
