Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Recruit for a high volume of frontline operations and management positions across multiple Texas markets.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other recruiting channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Participate in and lead new-hire orientations and group presentations.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and Account Directors on management-level recruiting.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base, DOE

Bell & Associates is partnering with a growing organization to identify a driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and onboarding


• Recruit for a high volume of frontline operations and management positions across multiple Texas markets


• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels


• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies


• Screen, interview, and assess candidates


• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines


• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process


• Partner with HR leadership and Account Directors on management-level recruiting


• Participate in and lead new-hire orientations and group presentations


• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS


• Help improve recruiting processes and overall candidate experience

• $60,000–$75,000 base salary, depending on experience
