Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a motivated Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting across corporate and field-based roles. The role focuses on building relationships with hiring managers and directly impacting company growth.

You’ll manage the end-to-end process, source and screen candidates, and create effective recruiting strategies to fill multiple openings quickly. This role offers room for growth within a collaborative, performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, with full-cycle exposure.
• Experience in construction, homebuilding, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
• Comfort using ATS and recruiting platforms to source candidates.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency.
