Job summary

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on internal and external boards.
• Source candidates, review resumes, and screen applicants.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Attend career fairs and recruitment events.
• Provide timely follow-up and communication to candidates.
• Ensure fairness and legal compliance during interviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor laws.
• Utilize ATS, Teams, Skype, Microsoft Office and related tech.
• Support other HR or recruiting projects as needed.
