Job summary

The Westin at Frenchman's Reef in St. Thomas is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to design and lead engaging recreational programs for guests.

You will manage a dynamic team, coordinate sports, arts, crafts, and activities, and ensure a high-energy, guest-focused environment. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in recreation or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity to develop engaging recreational programs.
• Knowledge of diverse recreational activities and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
