You will drive talent acquisition, performance management, training, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with HR regulations. A strong communicator who collaborates across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years HR experience, prior hotel experience preferred.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws.
• Strong employment law, recruiting and retention background a must.
• Experience with Affirmative Action helpful.
• Ability to manage a diversified workforce.
• Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and common sense.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and remain flexible to constant change.
