Sugarbush Resort is seeking a dedicated Recreation Services Administrative Coordinator for the seasonal team in Vermont. You will handle payroll, reservations, and sales for Ski & Ride School, while supporting the Rental & Repair Shop, Day School, and Summer Operations.

This full-time seasonal role offers diverse resort responsibilities and opportunities for growth. You'll work with multiple departments, maintain accurate records, and help promote resort products and safety standards across

Competenze

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Experience in guest service, resort operations, or recreational programs.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel; familiarity with RTP, reservation, and POS systems.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.

Mansioni

• Manage Ski & Ride School payroll and audits for accuracy.
• Operate POS and reservation systems; assist guests via phone, email, and in person.
• Support the Recreation Services Director in planning and delivering guest service.
• Assist sales through reservations and program bookings; respond to guest concerns.
• Coordinate information across website and resort communications with Marketing.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and training for Ski & Ride School staff.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and departmental documentation.
• Collaborate to develop programs and coordinate seasonal events and groups.
• Communicate staffing needs and scheduling across departments.
• Provide operational support across Day School and Rental & Repair Shop.
