Job summary

University at Buffalo is seeking an Assistant for Operations and Planning in Recreation and Intramurals. The role supports the Associate Director for Strategic Planning & Engagement to ensure enhancements benefit the general student population.

The incumbent will track usage of facilities, oversee inventory, assist with capital planning and budget analysis for replacements, equipment upgrades, and renovations, and help plan Clark Hall projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with Recreational inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track usage rates of Recreation facilities and programs.
• Provide recommendations through the Capital Replacement Plan.
• Oversee and maintain inventory of recreation equipment, assets, and facilities.
• Assist with capital planning and replacements.
• Assist with budget analysis for capital replacements, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements.
• Assist with recreation programs and Clark Hall renovation project planning.
