Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in recreation/higher education environment.
• Experience with facility management, rental agreements, and risk mitigation standards.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail; ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and informal recreation activities of the RecPlex.
• Manage Welcome Desk, Equipment Resource Center, and Administrative Office functions.
• Ensure high level of customer service and morale while maintaining access equity.
• Coordinate membership sales, facility rentals, guest passes, towels, and locker services.
• Support risk mitigation policies and holistic wellbeing aligned with Marianist mission.
