Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three years of gymnastics experience.
• Certifications to be obtained within two months of hire: First-Aid and CPR, concussion training.
• USA Gymnastics Recreational Coach membership and Safety/Risk Management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, lead and supervise gymnastics programs and events.
• Coordinate and schedule recreational programs within the Cheyenne Gymnastics Facility.
• Ensure safety of participants and maintain accident/incident reports.
• Train and select coaches, provide staff development and coaching support.
• Engage prospective families through tours and community events to drive enrollment.
