Job summary

The City of Greeley is seeking a Recreation Coordinator II to oversee the daily operations of the Family FunPlex within the Culture, Parks, and Recreation Department. You will hire, train, schedule, and evaluate part-time staff, promote memberships, manage facility rentals, and supervise drop-in and structured programs while ensuring outstanding customer service and safety.

You will report to the Recreation Supervisor and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver high‑quality recreation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of recreation or special event programming experience.
• Current certification in Community CPR, First Aid and AED or within 3 months of hire.
• Previous experience in customer service and recreation facility management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations day-to-day and oversee guest services for members and guests.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff (including part-time employees).
• Coordinate and conduct staff meetings and trainings on customer service, risk management, and use of Amilia.
