Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation (or related field), have at least one year of related experience, and possess CPR/AED certification or obtain it within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Parks & Recreation or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facility programming, recreation management, or related area.
• Current CPR/AED certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules facility use and coordinates reservations; opens/closes facilities.
• Monitors activities to ensure safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Supervises staff and volunteers; maintains time sheets and records.
• Reconciles receipts, handles deposits, and manages funds.
• Provides accurate information to patrons and maintains equipment.
