City of Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Park Maintenance Worker to maintain and upkeep parks, buildings, athletic fields and related facilities within the Recreation Department.

This safety-sensitive role requires good communication in English and a valid driver’s license. Duties include mowing, gate opening, restroom upkeep, litter removal, equipment maintenance, and setting up for events.

Qualificações

• Requires ability to communicate in spoken and written English to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; work experience may waive education requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Mows and maintains grass using power equipment and mowers.
• Opens and closes park facilities and prepares fields for use.
• Loads and unloads dirt, gravel and debris; cleans and services equipment.
• Keeps restrooms, pavilions and parks clean and stocked; disposes of trash.
• Repairs minor equipment and irrigation systems; assists with event setup.
